Commerce Land Title LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dunham Law. Commerce Land provides commercial-only title services in Kentucky and Ohio, including closings, escrow services and the issuance of lender’s and owner’s title insurance coverage. Our founder is one of only 17 attorneys currently certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property. He also previously served on the board of managers for one of the largest and most respected title agencies in the Midwest.
